Tenancy

If you are interested in becoming a tenant at the BBI, or would like to discuss your business idea, then please follow these steps:

1.      Download and carefully read the BBI Information Pack and the Schedule of Rates and Charges.

2.      Schedule an appointment with the Manager to discuss your business and be given a tour of the BBI. To arrange this please Contact Us.

3.      If, following this meeting, you decide to proceed with your application; you will be required to submit a business plan.

If you don’t currently have a business plan, then you are welcome to use the Business Plan Template.  If you require a Word version of this template please Contact Us.

4.      Your business plan will be reviewed by the Manager and the Board of Directors. You will then be advised as to whether or not tenancy will be offered.
