The BBI is an excellent Location for your next meeting, workshop
or planning day. Individuals and/or organisations are welcome to
hire any of our 4 Meeting Rooms.

Hours Available
The BBI meeting rooms are only available between 9am and 5pm on
weekdays.
Equipment Hire
Television, video and an overhead projector are provided free of
charge. A data projector can be hired at an extra cost.
Catering
The BBI can supply tea, coffee, sugar and milk for your meeting.
However, we do not provide in-house catering services. If required,
we can provide the names of suggested caterers. The kitchens
adjoining the Gravell and Victoria rooms are available for you or
your caterers to use on the day of the meeting.
Parking
On-site parking is for Tenants ONLY. However, people attending
meetings can park on Victoria Street and Gardiner Street.
Disabled Access
All Meeting Rooms (except for the Gravell Room) are located on
the ground floor and offer wheelchair access and disabled toilet
facilities. The BBI also has a designated “Disabled Parking”
bay.
